Welcome!
Experienced massage therapy available in my mid-town Steamboat Springs office. I have almost 20 years of experience in relaxation, sports and wellness bodywork. I believe that a well functioning body will contribute to overall wellness. I utilize my experience and training in various modalities to provide a unique experience.
I graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in June 1996. I strive to learn as much as I can to understand the possibilities of massage. I have continued my studies with courses in Neuromuscular Therapy1, Structural Integration2 and Orthopedic and Sports Massage3.
I have life-long involvement in sports and conditioning. I incorporate both my experience in sports and as an aerobic instructor, personal trainer, yoga instructor into my bodywork philosophy.
